  • Configuration of other applications within the CRM (Krow, Cornerstone, Pardot, Conga, etc)
  • Proactive ownership of CRM and related applications and business processes

 

Required Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Customer Communities
  • Understanding of business processes and ability to translate business needs into CRM functionality
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Consistently expand technical skill set and awareness of emerging technologies
