Required skills:

Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to lead in a team of workstation engineers.

Strong coaching skills, Ability to step outside role confines and help teach and enable

other team members.

Three or more year’s application packaging experience in various technologies including Flexera Admin Studio utilizing app wrapping, App-V, Click To Run and MSI technologies.

Expertise in Microsoft SCCM Application Deployment Solution.

Strong knowledge of workstation imaging technologies with a focus on MDT and SCCM.

Fundamental knowledge of cross platform environments. Support systems including desktops, laptops and virtual desktop devices utilizing Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10, MS Office, Exchange e-mail, and/or other proprietary software.

Experience with upgrading the Microsoft Office platform to current version utilizing various industry tools to assess compatibility, partner with business users on individual department assessments, make go forward decisions, and recommend action plans to remove blockers.

Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (On-premise) and Azure Active Directory.

Experience utilizing VBA scripts, PowerShell and other scripting tools.

With an Enterprise lens, proactively identifies, participates in the design, and implements automation, scripts, and solutions for the future.

The ability to understand, translate, and align business goals with technology direction is essential. 

Candidate must possess excellent business & requirements analysis skills, implementation and configuration skills.

Excellent organization, communication, change management, problem solving and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously.  Project leadership/management experience is a must.

Candidate should have extensive knowledge of desktop system, application software

and associated desktop hardware, network and server environments, be familiar with the development and maintenance of custom desktop software applications and their distribution methods.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in infrastructure engineering disciplines, or similar work, in a medium to-large scale environment.

Qualified candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field from an accredited college or university
