Job Roles / Responsibilities:

· Leading a project and POC for the stakeholders

· Solid understanding of automotive and manufacturing industry

· Collaborate with stakeholders for Feature roadmap and perk lifecycle

· Partner with Business and IT to understand requirements/needs and implements programs and systems to continuously meet those needs

· Knowledge of IT process improvement and various IT BA standards

· Conduct Business Analysis; including: Interview clients, gather and document client requirements in user stories, map processes, conduct analysis, evaluate and present solutions

· Participate in backlog grooming, daily stand ups and retrospective meetings

· Works with Solution Architects to evaluate options and provide recommendations

· Proficient in Word, Excel, Visio Windows‐based applications and internet usage

· Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong analytical, presentation and reporting skills

· Must be able to perform work effectively in a fast‐paced environment and handle multiple tasks and demands simultaneously

· Must be able to work independently in a time critical environment and as part of a team on special and ongoing projects

· Must be flexible to quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes

· Proactively collaborates with IT Team and Business Partners in program delivery and other projects as assigned
